Return policy

1. Overview
At Sahasra designers we aim to provide high-quality sarees. If you face any issues, we’re here to help.

2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
– You received a damaged product
– You received a wrong item
To be eligible:
– Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
– Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
– Original packaging must be intact

3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
– On Sale items
– Beaded/sequined items (minor fall-off expected)
– Dislike or mismatch in expectation
– Change of mind
– Slight color differences due to lighting/screens
– Customized or altered products (if any)

4. Return Process
To request a return:
1. Contact us on *WhatsApp (7032085015)
2. Share your order details + clear images/video of the issue
3. Must provide an unedited unpacking video showing the sealed package and defect
4. Our team will verify and respond on your request

5. Refund & Exchange
Once your returned product is approved:
– On stock availability, we may offer an exchange instead of refund.
– If no stock available Refund will be processed within 2 working days
6. Shipping Charges
Return shipping should be arranged by customer only
– Authorized returns must be shipped via India Post only. And should share the tracking details while claim.
– A flat courier fee of ₹100 will be reimbursed (unless wrong/damaged item).

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can’t be cancelled at any cost after payment is done.
